I'm Dara, and I'm a mature woman. Ever since I was little, I've known that I am a girl! :) I joined this forum so I can speak with my feminine voice. I doubt I'm ever going to go beyond cross-dressing - though I feel like I'm always cross-dressing! :D I do so love to wear the clothing that is me, though. I haven't got a haircut for five years, and for me it is an expression of my girlhood - though, of course, men can grow long hair too and long-haired men are really cute.
I hope I can contribute positively to the forum and learn from all of you.

This is a great forum and I hope you'll enjoy it and feel free to participate. We are a motley bunch and I'm sure you'll find your place.
It is great to have an other mature sister here. We seem to have a lot in common. I would classify myself as mature too (I am 56) and always knew that there was a feminine side in me. I think I can relate to your signature too as over the years I have learned to accomodate and express that feminine side with more confidence and enjoyment. As you can see from my pic, both Yves (my alter ego) and I wear our hair long too.
Can't wait to hear from your experience and wisdom.

If there are any regularly scheduled chats, I don't know about them. I find chat to be a pretty freewheeling place that alternates between compassionate support and goofiness. I hope to see you there sometime.
