I'm not on estrogen anymore, i took myself off last year. I have a high sex drive usually (the estrogen made it go down a little). I'm on spiro now but it doesnt seem to take that edge off.
Im attracted to men, muscular men mostly and I am an addict with online porn and i dont want to be. I just keep looking up videos, most of the time its straight porn with hot guys, and i masturbate (with my male genitalia) and i just never can stop doing it.
I am a woman inside who hates my body and desperately wants a vagina, but how do i get rid of this sex drive?
Well, there is nothing wrong with having a high sex drive. Many many natal females have high sex drives.
Can I ask why you came off estrogen? (no judgement here, I'm just trying to get a clearer picture)
If you really can't stand the strength of your sex drive, you might want to try a stronger anti-androgen, like cyproterone (aka Androcur, Cyprostat etc). About a month into starting on hormones (including the above) I was finally freed for the first time since the age of 9 from the awful burden of testostyranny, and it's been such a relief.
Don't take these things without medical support, though, as they can have a big impact on the body in general. Cyproterone, for example, can affect the liver, so regular blood checkups are recommended.
But it's also worth considering addressing your relationship with your sex drive and sexuality on a non-physical level, perhaps find a support group? It certainly sounds like there's scope for you feeling in a happier relationship with your sexuality, as part of your ongoing transgender journey.

I had an abnormally high libido before HRT...
And now I'm just a moderately horny chick lol.
I think about sex every day still xD.
But im fine with what I have downstairs so i have no problem releasing that frustration lol.

Try to do something better thsn watching porn! Life is useless spent that way!
And try to think that sex is in everything after all, also in painting, music, all creative things are sex driven. You can use your libido as an energy to do something that please your brain in a more high level!
Of course sex is good. And doing it with someone is still highly suggested. But when it just makes you feel worse, and I assure you i have the same feelings you have about it, it is good to put it aside and focus on this big energy, giving it a new meaning!
Anyway It is very diffioult indeed!
I wish soon I will be on hrt! Because i think that most of the sex drive comes from my disphoria, my mind often. thinks about how sex would be if I would really be me. Maybe it's the same for you. So i ask you why you stopped hrt and tye chance to be yourseflf?
I never watched porn or took any interests in the se xstuff my brothers and peers did so I can't relate but I will say that I think porn is what makes lots of men think it would be good to get a vagina.
Re sysm's problem it might be the lack of E has allowed the T to build again and brought on a repeat of male puberty exactly like it does with FtMs.
