BHOPAL: For the second time in Madhya Pradesh, the political ambition of eunuchs received a massive jolt after a court on Friday annulled the election of a mayor on grounds of gender. Kamala Kinnar (57)-- a eunuch-- was elected mayor of Sagar town in November 2009. She won the mayoral election as an independent candidate with a margin of over 43,000 votes defeating her nearest BJP rival Suman Ahirwar.
