So i want to grow my boobs, I heard that on HRT the results usually are about the size of your moms or sister. have any of you outgrown them? my mom and sis have small boobs like A's so i want to know if i even have a chance!
Sooo many factors play into the equation about breast size and it is unique to each person. Factors included are your unique genetics, the age you started hrt, family history, types of hrt, and frequency of certain hrt.
Some say your breast will be the same size as your mother and sister but honestly, I only know a small few who have accomplished this on HRT alone. Some say it's one cup smaller than your mother or sister. There's a lotta "guidance" out there.
The general rule of thumb is to take hrt and just see what happens.
For me, I am bigger than my mother but smaller than my sisters. My mom has a C. I grew almost D through hrt and my sisters both have DD.

Congrats on yours! they look fantastic, man do i wish i could get results like that! anyways so you mentioned few accomplish matching their moms and sis. hmm so surgery would be best bet maybe? will being on hrt benifit or hurt surgury? oh hey i am 28 by the way!
From what I've heard, they typically recommend being on full dose of HRT for at least two years prior to breast augmentation. It's generally unwise to have surgery while you're breasts are still growing. This is why people have made a big deal about rich teenage girls wanting to get boob jobs.

trust me, you want to wait two years. Ive seen ts who never bothered to wait and their breasts look like something from total recall.
Think about other issues while you are on hrt. Breasts are just a micro aspect of the complete picture.
Yeah, it's like the ciswomen who are really, really flat chested and then get boob jobs, but go way too big. . . it just looks weird. I'm ambivalent about it right now. Even if I don't end up with much growth, I'm still not sure I even want to get breast augmentation. I think if I had a more petite frame, then I probably wouldn't care if I didn't get much growth. But I'm still fairly large around in the chest area. I think there's still upper body muscle that I could stand to lose, but I think I also just have a large rib cage. The decrease in sensitivity isn't appealing either. And that's another thing to take into consideration. The increased sensitivity in your breasts and nipples from estrogen is phenomenal. I've heard that you lose sensitivity from breast augmentation. At this point, I'm not sure it would really be worth it.
Annah, without giving doses may I ask what hrt meds you were/ are on? I also don't want to offend you by asking but I'm just so curious! I took my first pill tonight!

Meds are estradiol and progesterone and motillium

I've been on HRT for over 10 years and they are no where near my mum's size! Mine are very small. Most people who are male to female don't grow very large breasts and most are quite small and many end up having to get breast implants. But I have seen a couple of exceptions. It's just pot luck I'm afraid.
So how long till they start growing?
I noticed the growth starting exactly on my third week of hormones.
Really itchy swollen nipples lul.
Not in my case I'm an A-cup most women in my family are quite large. Then again most are quite obese too.
Some changes to my nipples within 48 hours and I was starting to get after 3 weeks my growth curve is just stupidly slow tho. I don't intend to get Breast augmentation I just have to deal with A-cup angst :P laugh it off and make it a funny point it's all you can do.
