Title: Saw this on-line and thought about you guys

I would love to buy one but do I have $30?  No ....   :embarrassed:

How's everyone doing around here?  I'm doing okay mostly.  A lot of ups and downs because the holidays really do suck.  This is especially true when my Mother won't even return phone calls placed on Christmas day.  Besides that everything is fine.

Oh I was outed the other day by an MTF.  Which is a bit upsetting but I know those of us in the know are more in tune to subtleties.  I didn't get to angry because I had accidentally outed her by calling her 'he' before I knew anything.  It was the mostly flat chest that threw me there.  Anyways the way she figured me out is by holding up her fingers in a circle in front of me.  I just looked at her oddly and she laughed at me.  According to her if I was in a more male mindset I would have used my finger to penetrate her circle.  Which ... what?  Really?  Is that really an auto response in all guys?  Strange ...  ???

I want one of those...*considers ways to obtain cash before the end of the month* I may have to wait.

That woman who outed you sounds weird, I've never heard of such a thing.

Haha those are awesome.  Too expensive though for my taste.

That's...strange, the way she outed you.  I seriously doubt that the majority of men would reacted the way she expected you to.  How old is she?  Seems like something immature grade school kids would do.  Perhaps she picked up on something else and used that as an excuse?  I have no idea.

Holidays were ok. Got some girly crap from an aunt and my step dads 3rd step mom. They don't know and I don't see them. I'm just going to regift.

That hand game was popular in my middle school. And that one where you sorta make the ok sign, hold it at your waist and hit anyone you catch gazing.

Haha, those are cool.  I saw a shirt one day that had the Male symbol and said "Boy (Some assembly required)" which I thought was hysterical.  There was another one (a parody of Transformers) that said "Transgender more than meets the eye" haha.

Holidays have been rough here too.  It was the 1st Christmas without my dad (who I never told before he passed away) and my mom who refuses to use anything but my birth name.  :-/

That is weird about the person that outed you.

Huh, I missed that part of middle school.  Well she's 20 but acts so much younger than that.   She thought I was much younger than I am so perhaps she thought I would play along.
It does seem very immature and when I did it to my partner he just looked at me.

It probably wasn't just the circle game which outed me.  My hands and feet are so small it drives me crazy, that's a major clue right there.

Sounds like one of those things we did in middle school like asking someone "do you like pudding or sausage" and that's supposed to mean if they like girls or guys.  Or you ask someone to look at their fingernails and if they hold their hand straight and look from the back of their hand, they're feminine and if they curl them up and look palm side toward them, they're masculine.

That thing with the handcircle is a recentish young people thing. It wasn't going on when I was that age. I'm sure you looked young to her, so she figured you were from her own era.

I usually get outed by shopkeepers. My name change is still going through (so ID and insurance...), and I've been doing business w the same places for years.

Holidays are stressful. I managed to get an entire six word text out of my dad on Christmas day, and no word from anyone else. But my daughter and I had a wonderful Christmas nonetheless.
