Title: What are some "men's" clothing brands that fit female bodies well?
Post by: Ryuu on January 02, 2012, 07:50:20 PM
I'm looking to buy some new clothes, and thought it would be good to ask and see what other guys have found. Pants that mask hips and butt fairly well, for example - I can usually make shirts work if I remember to buy a big enough size, but my hips and butt just don't work well with guy pants. I have a pair of Social Collision skinny jeans that work fairly well, but what are some other brands you like? Doesn't have to be that same style, I have pretty varied taste in clothing.

D'oh! That's what I get for not actually looking first.

:D It's alright.
I like your bow tie by the way. These are a little expensive, but I have a feeling you might appreciate me showing you these.
Personally, I think they are fantastic.

:) I skipped over it the first time to. I figured maybe you had also. Didn't want to come across as a butthead pointing it out.

only thing I can if your concerned for your hips/butt,
then try buy pants who isnt extremly tight, and who dosent get smaller in the egde.

theres this kind of pants when you fould the egde it will either be same size or smaller,
and you should go for the one who are same size because the other way it will make your butt look bigger.

Well, as far as my experiences go, men's clothing are not made to 'fit' or 'work right' on female-shaped bodies.
Men don't have much in the way of hips and butt when compared to women, though there may be exceptions, rare as they may be.
You might have to settle for buying female clothing that looks more male. Hard to come by, yes, but it's possible.
That, or you'll have to focus more on illusions and changing your body to fit the clothes - if you're good with a sewing machine, then tailor the clothes yourself.
There are tricks that you can use to lessen the looks of hips and butt.
One thing that I find particularly effective is to wear button-down shirts over a t-shirt, make sure they're long enough and this will make your hips and thighs and butt mask a bit.
I also find that focusing attention on your upper half also helps; wear eye-catching shirts, or even hats, and people are less likely to notice your hips and butt; stay away from decorative belts and buckles and the like.
I don't have time to write everything else that I was thinking, but vertical strips also help you make longer, but pin-striped pants look funny unless in the right setting, so keep it in your shirt.
There's also other things you can do, just look up fashion tips and such.
Good luck!
