Ok, so can anyone here penetrate?
You mean with the "enlargement", right?
Hah yeah with just "you".
Interesting question, I haven't started T so have no answer. Another question is how much does having release surgery help in penetration.

I am not an FTM, but only the "Release surgery" alone, or the Metoidioplasty, can, in
some FTM's be fully enough to allow penetration, as the clitoral growth in some transmen may be very extensive. So when released, the Clitoris can indeed be like a smaller penis, fully capable of penetration, although however still incapable to reach the "full deep", so to speak.
However I believe the thread starter may have referred not excludingly to this method but all surgical methods including also Phalloplasty?
If so, then Phalloplasty can actually provide the guy with quite a dong, perhaps even too big for some partners, but if there are any current member here that had it done, I do not know, but there were some previous members that did, though.
I usually think of Release surgery" and Metoidioplasty as the same type of surgery, trying to increase the length of the enlarged clitoris. Also each surgeon has a different procedure for this type of surgery. It is good for me to know that you get hard enough through the entire organ to have successful pentration. I expect both persons must get in the right position to have success.

A simple release is not the same as meta though. Release just cuts the suspensory ligament that holds the clitoris in place. Meta is a lot more complicated than that, and yes each surgeon generally has a different method or way of doing things.
Not me, but it's early yet. 8)
Andy, have you consider having lower surgery? Have you had good results from being on T for over a year?
Unless my growth gets much larger than it is now (because even the standard 2.5 inches, while erect, won't be enough for me), I'm definitely not just going to get a metoidioplasty alone. I mean, I do want bottom surgery at some point and I know it is primitive at this time, but having a micropenis, because even bioguys can have this, would bring up a whole different set of problems. I've heard of transguys who have the release and their penis is still can't penetrate someone sufficiently enough. I mean, I know there's always sleeves and whatnot if all else fails, but I dunno. A couple of a weeks ago, I was pretty impressed with my growth, but now it either has gone down quite a bit or it doesn't seem as large to me anymore for some reason. It's definitely not big enough for penetration though.
I still have hopes for myself, but I dunno. So far, I don't like where this is going. Perhaps I should ask my doctor for a prescription for testosterone cream as well?
Yes I can.
Jason, I am thinking one needs to have at least 3-3.5 inches to have real penetration even in the best of positions with your partner. I think how you see and measure your size is depended on how you are standing or sitting, how hard to you are, etc. I am thinking I will want some type of lower surgery of the metoidioplasty type in the end. I hope some day to have something down that looks like at least a micropenis or very small penis. I hope you have some luck in increasing your length.
Nygeel, you are long enough to have actual penetration? What is your length? How long on T, any surgeries?

Not sure if it helps... I have had experience with bio-guy (gay) with micro penis.
Here is the deal, - he had NO problem to come all over me, no joke, but nothing much of anything doing for me. That's the issue in my experience.

I've penetrated a sleeve haven't had the chance to really try with other people since being on T. I've been on T for 14 months, no surgery. I think I'm 3 inches.
Nygeel, must feel great to actually feel something with 3 inches between your legs. Do you think you will grow any more? I am pre t and still get that monthly visitor.

It's alright. I think changes keep going until up to 5 years, so I might grow...don't know.
Nygeel, I dream of being able to put my hand between my legs and feel at least micropenis there that is mine.

Then you probably would want surgery. I'm cool with what I've got, and I was okay with what I had pre-T.

I think you totally misunderstood what I was saying. x_x
I said 2.5 inches would not be enough and that's the problem with micropenises as they are defined as a penis that is under three inches when erect. There are a lot of transguys who don't get up to 3 inches when erect and that's the problem. Actually, most guys I've heard of...don't. This is a huge problem for me and I don't think it will suffice.
I don't know how much mine will grow, but am willing to do pretty much anything possible to have my parts the size I'd like them to be, hence saying sometimes metodioplasty isn't enough.
I'm well aware of what I look like when I'm erect or not, standing up or sitting down. That's not the issue here, but it may be because I'm under a lot of stress and that has also made my libido unbearable, because my body is often too tense to....
ahem...you get the gist.
I never said down there didn't resemble a penis. I just want it be larger than it is (I know I'm the type of person who wants to be at least five inches) and that bothers me. I don't know, maybe it has something to do with me being straight identifying and mostly dominant. I nitpick at things a lot though. I would only request testosterone cream so I could get as large as possible, not because I'm not experiencing any enlargement at all.
If only we could feel with a phalloplasty then all would be well with the world. LOL

Uh...you can feel with a phallo.

Andy, have you consider having lower surgery? Have you had good results from being on T for over a year?
No, it's not something that's important to me right now. I don't feel a need for lower surgery. I was thinking about meta because I've seen results I really like but because of my configuration down there I fear that a meta would not work well unless I got one like a member on here got. The method they use would probably work better for someone with my genital configuration.
As far as growth goes I don't know, I've got some but I don't know how it compares to pre-T cause I never bothered or cared enough to check.
I agree stiltsk that is the major problem with phalloplasty results. I want to keep my senstations down there after surgery. That is why I am considering only a release or metodioplasty type surgery since you keep all the feeling and even improve them; I have heard a couple of guys say.

So you have a phallo? or have polled every man who has one? No? Then don't talk about things you know nothing about.
I was about to add, before you decided to lose a bit of civility, that it is dependant on the person and the surgeon. I have known guys that have gotten one and there has been only a couple tell me that they feel small stimulation, and theres always a chance that sensation will be lost. It depends on the surgeon, and the chances of reaching orgasm is a lot less than a met. That's why not all transmen go for it, that and because ability to gain erection is lost.
However, I wouldn't really care if ability to gain erection without a pump was lost. If I could feel to the point of orgasm, I would opt for a phallo.
I have but let me tell you it wasn't very exciting for the receiving party ... most chicks (and probably dudes) like more than 3". So usually when in that situation I would use some artificial assistance and everyone would be happy ;)

Wait, I thought it was DHT cream that made it bigger. Does T cream do the same thing? I actually have T cream, but never thought to put it on down there.
Pre T and unfortuantly no..... I can barely grip it :( . Hopefully that will change when I start T and I'll probbably use DHT cream as a supplement too but seeing as how currently my sex life is limited to the replay button on Youtube penetration is not too much of a problem right now.

Yeah, some guys do that too.
I spent about 8 months with a guy who had micropenis. He was terribly self-conscious about it, but I didn't think it was a very big deal (no pun intended). We found lots of other things to do. But penetration, though he could do it, was kinda pointless.
This is really off-topic, but there was a truck outside my house today with PENETRATION Inc on the side of it in big letters, and as far as I could tell I was the only one immature enough to notice and find it funny. It was a cement drilling company there to put some holes in the ground, which itself looked kind of suggestive.
On second thought, maybe I just think about sex a lot. Idk. :)

Oh man, just think of the poor receptionist. I'd sound like Beavis & Butthead working there. "Thank you for calling Penetration, Inc...hehehe" ;D

I think I might be like this if I worked for Cox.
"Hello. Would you like to purchase of one of our many services from Cox? Or do you need customer assistance...okay well please hold while we connect you with one of many Cox representatives."Every pun intended, all the time.

Not necessarily. There are lots of guys out there who have erotic sensation. Yes, some of it is limited but it's there.
