Quote from: kiaraja on February 17, 2012, 08:15:43 PMHave you contacted http://www.scriptpharmacy.ca/ (http://www.scriptpharmacy.ca/) ? They are in Calgary and specialize in bio-identical hormones. I would literally faint in shock if they don't have estradiol valerate available.

Quote from: rachl on February 17, 2012, 04:58:06 PMCurrently I'm not taking anything 'cause I'm in the pre-surgery couple of weeks. But I was on Spironolactone, Prometrium and Estrace. Per month it cost $30 for the Spiro, $100 for the Prometrium and $35 for the Estrace. Post surgery I'll just be on the Estrace. The Spiro will no longer be necessary and I found the Prometrium to be worthless and unnecessarily expensive. I have no insurance.
I was wondering if you could say how much HRT is costing you. Are you covered by health insurance? Which type are you on?

I know this is a dead thread, but I just wanted to share that I found a place near the Sherbourne health centre. It's Pace compounding pharmacy, and they seem to always have it ready for me.
Hope that helps others.
