Just posted a new pic, Jan 14th
Yes, I did it.
I've been transitioning for 3 years now and I've always wanted a butt, so I did my research for about 5 months and chose Dr. Orlando Cerpa (http://www.sdro.com/drfigueroa/ (http://www.sdro.com/drfigueroa/))in Tijuana, Mexico. Why Mexico? Because in Mexico they use Cohesive Gel Implants (same as what they use for Breasts in the US). Oddly, Cohesive Gel Implants aren't yet FDA approved for butt implants in the US... so the US implants are hard and uncomfortable. I did lots of research and in my opinion, Dr. Cerpa is the best guy for implants... he is exceptionally skilled, and extremely nice.
The implants should last forever, but like breast implants, they tell you to check them after 8-10 years.
The recovery... it's not fun, 2 weeks on my stomach or my side.. I can lie flat on my back, just not very comfortable, and under no circumstance can I sit down. It was worth the recovery though.... I am 8 days out of surgery and incredibly pleased with my new butt. I am eager to get my drains out so I can see how cloths fit me now. I suspect I will have to get new pants though =)
This is the only picture I am allowed to post under the rules of the forum, if you wish to see other pictures, please message me and I'll send you a bunch of them... including before pics.

They look great! If you don't mind me asking how much was it?
Was $8500 total.. $6000 for the implants, $2500 for the lipo/fat graphing. I know, I don't need lipo... but to get the best results he needs to lipo your waist and inject fat into your hips. So, my hips are bigger now too, my arms are slimmer, my waist is slimmer... and in theory, whenever I gain weight, I will gain more in my hips and less in the areas that the fat was taken away from (Because of fat memory cells).
I was only able to get 80 ccs of fat into each side of my hips, but it's enough that I can tell a different in appearance and feel. I suspect if I gain some weight I will really notice a big difference.
Hmm thanks for the information, you must make a pretty good living. (or a SO/Parent that does)
I do ok... I have 2 jobs. I work as a part time accountant and I day trade stocks.. well, really options. I make much more day trading than accounting, but it's very inconsistent and unpredictable... and nerve racking.
Oh gosh I bet it can be nerve racking at times, that's like pretty much gambling right?
can you re-upload the pics? thanks :)!
It's very similar to gambling... Options are the most risky and the most rewarding... you have to know when to get in, and when to get out.
On a side note... all my pictures got removed for "nudity' even though I wasn't technically nude since I hid my private parts.. and in one picture I was completely in bandages, yet it still was removed. I am about to put that one back up though.
Anyway, if you want some non-nude pictures of my results, send me a PM.
These are great pictures. Thanks for posting.
I'm so jealous.....my friend also go booty implants not long ago and her butt is cuter then mine now! >:(
Yeah once you gain some weight back your butt is gonna look great girl! :D
I love them... they feel really nice too. I can't wait to get my drains out so I can wear cloths again... my doctor is suppose to be here within the hour, and he may be taking my drains out.
Dr. Cerpa comes to visit my hotel once a day to check up, change my drains, give me an antibiotic shot and make sure I am doing ok. He has spent many hours with me outside of surgery talking about his life, his family, his interests, his surgeries and so forth. I feel honored that I picked a surgeon who spends so much time on a personal level with me.
What surgeries have you had done so far? Cause you look pretty amazing.
I had nose job, chin implant and adam's apple shaved.
I have breast implants, hairline lowering and SRS lined up for later this year. I don't need the hairline lowering, but I would like it so I have a more even hairline. After this year all will be complete.
So happy for ya!

Thank you Joey =) It'll be nice to finally get everything all done
Wow... I hadn't put much consideration into this sort of surgery; I figured it was out of reach. Perhaps I'll line it up with whatever else. Congrats on it; my imagination is a poor substitute, I'm sure, to the truth of your feelings.
Congrats, Vanna!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Will you let us know how they feel after you've had a chance to heal a bit?
Yes I will. Right now they are noticeable when I lie on them, but not uncomfortable. When I am standing up or on my side I can't feel that at all. They are soft, it's almost like sitting on pads. I suspect I'll forget they are even there in a couple of months. I'll let you know more after I heal up =)
Congratulations! I just saw your pics, they look great! Thanks for the link! Keep us updated!

Thanks girl, I just posted a new pic from earlier today
I just wanted to say two things.
1. You're very pretty
2. I had no idea butt implants was even a thing.
So, working out didn't... work out? lol
Looking forward to seeing updated pix when swelling is down + you can tell us how they feel when they've fully healed :)
Hi Vanna.
The outline is just perfect.

Lol no working out didn't cut it. It helped a lot, but not what I wanted. I am going to start back working out after I heal up though, that way my butt gets even bigger =P
Glad to see you poking around and making progress :)
So, how's your other struggle going? Over it, I assume?
I've been working out a lot to try to get some butt too. I guess I could be following you in your steps :P

Yeah I suppose so... I decided to go ahead and just keep being a woman. A big part of me wanted to go back, but I don't pass as a guy anymore, and even if I got to the point where I did... I'm so little for a male that my life wouldn't have been any easier aside from not being a trans woman. I decided to just go all the way with things, and I feel confident about it... I enjoy being a woman, I just have issues with being trans sometimes, if that makes sense.

Makes total sense. I enjoy keeping up with people along the spectrum, as I am also one of those people. Anyway, I just remembered you had a YT channel, I'm gonna go find it.

Lol there is nothing new on it, spare some piano videos... nothing related to transitioning though. My butt implant doctor wants me to make a video showing him and his work... I told him to give my bf a good discount on a surgery he wants and he agreed.... SO, I may have a butt implant video popping up in a couple months =P

Glad you are feeling at least somewhat better. I have a lot of issues with being trans, so ya that completely makes sense.
Not to sound like a creepy fangirl or anything, but your before-after videos were really helpful for me when I was starting out a little over a year ago. Was awesome to see someone who transitioned around my age and just looked like a (pretty) girl. So, thanks. :)

Thank you =) That's why I leave them up! I used some girls transitioning videos years ago to guide me through my transition, so in return I made similar videos and hoped they would help somebody in my position. It means a lot to me to read your post =)
Wow girl... your butt looks gooood!!
Bet the boyfriends happier- even if it's polite not to admit it!
Let us know if sensations in the regions are any different or such from before.
Happy recovery,
Jenny
OXOXOXOXO
PS. Hey gorgeous - just watched the Youtube vids. Corset training?! Wow- how old were you when starting. How much difference did it make.
I guess that's what they meant by 'bottom surgery' :D
You look great, very feminine proportions. Did the doc give you an idea of the lifespan of those implants?

Well, in theory, just like breast implants, they could last forever. They are made out of the same cohesive gel material as breast implants, so they brief you, telling you to have them checked in 8-10 years. However, my doctor claims that he has never had to replace bad implants, only replace because people want bigger ones over time. He said his oldest patient has had hers for 22 years and they are still fine. Similarly, my mom has had her breast implants for 27 years and they are fine.
The implants were placed Intra-Muscle. So, he actually separated my muscle, slid the implant in, and then closed it. So the implant won't sag over time, except for when my actual butt muscles begin to sag. So, as long as I stay in shape, I should have nothing to worry about. Also, since they are intra-muscle, they are very well hidden, and I can't feel them. In fact, my surgery was 2 weeks ago today, and I barely notice my implant (only because they are sore). I suspect within 2 months I will become unaware that anything is in there. There is no different in sensation either... the only numbness I have are the areas where he lipoed me to harvest fast for my hips.
He injected 90 ccs of fat into each of my hips, and even though it's a very small amount, it's noticeable to touch and the eye. My hips are noticeably my widest point in my lower body now, whereas before there was little difference between them and my thighs. My waist is now slimmer too since he lipoed it, so my hip to waist ratio improved a good bit.
I'm working on gaining weight myself. I might be non op and reverted back to boy mode but I'm looking to redistribute fat naturally without shelling out big cash. This goes as a replacement for implants and surgery.
I am hoping that my butt will fill in intime, it seems like it might be cause it looks a little bigger. Only time will tell, I have thought about getting this surgery one day if i don't fill out.
ohh yea I had a question is there a visible scar from the implants and from the lipo , thanks.
Looking good, girl! I was on this forum a while ago under another name, but this one is new so I can't message you for more, but I am seriously considering this when I transition. Would love it if you could email me some pics to convince my beau that this is a good idea... ;o)

They look great. My biggest concern is getting width not so much depth. 90cc does not sound like a lot but if you notice it then it must be enough. I have very little fat so I unfortunately would have narrow hips I guess if I understand your posts.
Please keep us updated I might do this surgery as I hate wearing hip pads all the time. Sounds like you made a real Great "investment"...
So you have breast implants on your butt?
