So that's me.
I get embarrassed when I try to talk like a girl near people... and well yeah.
I do have my feminine voice, which is more like an androgynous voice... really.
i'm just you know, looking for support and stuff. I'm trying to get over my fears because it is a lot of work to keep up the appearance of being a boy for me.
I am trying not to, but I get so embarrassed when I use my actual voice. >_<
OMG you have such a nice voice. It's very rich sounding. The pitch is in the androgynous range but your intonations are very feminine so your voice definitely sounds female. Your voice actually sounds kind of similar to Amanda Lepore's.

Smooth and you do have very fem intonations.
Please don't be upset but.. with a little voice coaching you could have a VERY feminine voice. You sound older than you look which might "clock" you. The other thing I noticed is it's fairly monotone and when you do try to go "up" for emphasis, it's still pretty monotone. Like the range is limited which women don't have a problem with. And as you get older your voice will likely drop lower and get more male resonance. If I heard that voice and turned around and saw you I would be looking for which other person it came from. If I saw you talking first it might seem like a more reasonable voice? Then again your so petite, a woman your size would normally have a lot higher pitched voice. Like I said you are lucky to be so close and with a bit of coaching could REALLY sound girly. I wish I had a voice that close as a starting point!
BTW are you going to furcon in Atlanta? :) I went last year with my boyfriend and we had a blast. He likes all the furry stuff, I think it's fun too but neither of us are "furries" in RL.

I don't agree, it sounds perfectly female to me, I'd never clock her over it.

If someone were to tell me to listen to these pieces without knowing the previous background and tell if I thought that the person speaking was male or female I would say female.
The first piece made me think of a strong wealthy and powerful buisness woman dressed up in a female grey and white-stripped buisness suit. on her cellphone on the way to the sub station in New York City. I have no clue how I came to that conclusion.
In the second piece I would have instantly said female without a doubt. You have a great feminine voice with a unique pitch.

I think that your voice has improved greatly between the first and second recordings. In the second recording, there's absolutely no way that I would "clock" you.
You might work just a little bit more on the pitch - it still seems just a bit low for someone as tiny as you. But otherwise, your voice is as female as you are.
