Presented by the Kansas Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, the seminar will focus on legal solutions to issues faced by Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender clients. Distinguished faculty include attorneys Melanie J. Branham, David J. Brown, Tish S. Morrical and Paige A. Nichols. Topics of the seminar include GLBT litigation issues, family law adn custody issues for LGBT parents, estate planning for same-sex and non-married couples and cohabitation agreements.
