Title: Blue jeans
Post by: Jamie D on February 27, 2012, 12:10:34 AM
Who doesn't wear blue jeans?  They are the perfect casual androgyne pants.

For years my favorite style was the Levi's classic button fly 501.  But I am starting to develop some curvature and a butt.  So I'm thinking of trying one of the new Curve Id cuts.

Anyone familiar with them?  How about other brands and styles?

And now a word from our sponsor, AC/DC:
And I got patches on the patches
On my old blue jeans
Well they used to be blue
When they used to be new
When they used to be clean.

Even in the same size and style, the fit can be different.
Fitting rooms and a friend who knows how you want to look. essential.
They are the most frustrating clothes to buy nowadays, with all the different styles and brands.
When I find a pair that fit, I'll go and get one or more pair and try them on, also.
I rarely can even find my size, 30x34, when I see ones that I like.
Then they are still hard to fit from the sloppy sizing that is used.
A pair of jeans that fit properly are like gold to me...

It is unbelievably hard to find my size as I'm 27x35/36 (or 26" waist if they are vanity sized), but I love my blue jeans. I wear mid-rise bootcuts that are skin tight at the top; they make my ass look awesome. Silver Jeans are my favourite.
