Title: I hate the shape of my face
Post by: jonjon on March 24, 2007, 12:12:05 PM
Is there anything... like excersizes or change in diet that can help me at least get rid of it's 'roundness'?

Cos i've now narrowed it down to it mostly being my face thats putting an anchor on my confidence. Basicly, i just feel confident in the way i look.

On the face, from what I understand, nomatter what you do will still look the samish through diet and excersize <unless your really overweight> and even then...  Unless you get surgery or in your case start T...

I hated the sharp angles of my face pre HRT but not its not so bad sence the fat distrobution kicked in makeing it alittle rounder/softer...  So Im guessing that T for you will make it alittle sharper and bring out the angels  :)

You can change the appearance of your face but only to the extent that muscle and fat will allow.  If you want to decrease the roundness it might be possible to do so with weight loss through exercise.  Unfortunately, you can't target fat loss in a particular area because your body loses fat just the opposite as it gains it.  If the first place you show weight gain is in your face that will be the last place you'll lose it.  But I've seen a lot of people who exercise frequently who have very lean faces.

The only way I know to dramatically change your face to be exactly the way you want is through surgery.  That's why so many of transwomen opt for FFS.
