I have some very good news!!
My cousin Dmitry who moved to America some years ago has hired me to do online customer service for his business. :D
I only have to work 12 hours each day, no Sundays, and I will receive payment of $5500 each month.
To show that he is serious, he has already wired me 1 YEAR PAYMENT ($66,000) IN ADVANCE!! WOO!! ;) ;) :D

So I'd like to look at some surgeries that are available for transsexuals that could help me look more like a genetic woman.
I understand there is HRT, but what are some surgeries, for the face, body, etc ?? Are there any voice surgeries that will mean I will always have a real female voice and not need to learn to force my voice ?? This is very important for when I want to laugh or scream or shout etc which I think will be difficult when the voice is forced

Are there any better surgeries than FFS? I found some before+after pictures and they were still very ugly after.

darling, you can talk with a surgeon to enhance your face more with surgeries later.

so for short : get ffs, talk with your surgeon for other face feminziation enhancements :)
