Title: dressing for court?
Post by: go..ogle on March 21, 2012, 11:25:02 AM
Unfortunately, I've had experience with court before when I was stupid& 18..& leaving me with "contempt of court" until 07/2013 when I can get it expunged.
I had wore a buttoned up shirt w/tie& slacks that time. This week it's for my name change.

I was going to wear the same thing but the judge is linked to a school of my school. I really wanted to sport my school sweater, like dude, grant this, we're basically family.
Ok, stupid I know, but it's what I want to do.

For work I usually am considered "business casual" by my boss so long as she can see a tie& collar from under my school sweater - would this be fine?

Or ditch the sweater altogether?
Thoughts?
