It's really simple. You agree to adhere to the policies in the announcements forums when you register and use this site. If you violate the policies you will be removed.
Zarania violated the photo and images policy repeatedly.

She also violated items 2, 10, and 20 from the TOS.
Each one of these items were created one by one as situations came up that required them. If you feel that our rules are too confining you are welcome to leave. If you wish to substitute your rules for ours start your own web site. It is that simple.
If anyone finds that they are not happy as they spend time here, perhaps this isn't the right place for you.
based on the history of her posting those pics everytime she belittled someone (I think that's all she really did), I cannot say I am shocked.
people really don't tend to absorb rules unless there's an example every now and then of what it means to break them. if anything, this is one hell of a fun week for reading the announcements board.
