I've been dealing with those since I was 10-years-old :'P. I've always just left them alone since they don't personally bother me.

I don't know about the sophisticated look thing. I guess some people do. For those that don't, there's plenty of inexpensive products that hide the hairs :'D.

I personally don't like faux hawks, but that's because mohawks have a special place in my heart. I would also never recommend a faux hawk for a transman since so many share this same style. I can't begin to count the amount of transmen I've seen with it @_@. Unfortunately I can't actually recommend a cut. Get whatever you like and flatters you I guess? I'm no good at this! D:

Since I have curly hair (that I love), I decided to go for more of a mophead look :'P. Unfortunately it makes me look too much like a young boy xD. The light-up shoes and Ninja Turtle wallet likely don't help @_@. Oh well, it makes purchasing alcohol more interesting :'P.

Some guys look quite attractive with gray hair. Ever heard the descriptor 'silver fox'? That's what it describes.

The fauxhawk might look cool. Depends where the white is. You could bleach the hawk part and dye the rest black if you wanted, that'd look kinda cool.

I have kind of a lot of grey hair for my age, but from what I remember my dad did too. He was all white by his mid-thirties.

I buzz my hair because it's cheap, and it's my out when cutting my own hair or getting it cut by friends doesn't go well.

I personally associate faux-hawks with urban lesbians and suburban hetero male teenagers. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

When I can pull it off I try to have boring regular white middle class american male professional hair. Shortish and uninteresting. I pass best that way and feel good.

I know this is a man thread. But yeah gray hair happens, I myself found my first ones when I was 19 specifically I found one then out of curiosity looked harder and found about 10 more.

I've got maybe 50-100 now 5 years later. I don't let it bother me honestly I think Gray hair is pretty cool. the starting of wrinkles bother me XD
If I had more I would be less tempted to dye them, because my natural brown is blech.

I can't wait to get more gray.  I have about 2 visible gray hairs.  I don't really know if my hair was a faux hawk, but I wear it in a just a normal short-on-the-sides and back/longer on top style now.  I would also rather have a faux hawk than a Justin Bieber whatever it is - melted LP on the head.  Never went buzzed, but wore a proper mohawk for a while.

I'm kinda looking forward to going gray.  I think it makes men look refined and learned depending on how they wear it.  I'm not sure how long it'll take me to go gray, though.  Probably not for awhile.  My mother went completely gray at 17 and has had to dye her hair every other week since.  My dad, however, is 55 years old and only his mustache is starting to turn gray.

I'm not sure if I have a faux hawk or not lol I have it long on top which I spike up into mofauxy goodness, and 3mm buzzed everywhere else, i don't think I look like a lesbian, but really I probably do lol

Agree 100%.  Men with grey/greying hair, totally hot.  Not quite the same as sophisticated (although I think grey hair does that too), but I love the "silver fox" look.  Anderson Cooper?  Yum. ;)

Go with a cut that you like.  If there is some grey/white in it and you don't like it, you can always dye it.  My cut right now is a...well I'm not exactly sure what it is lol I don't use clippers, it's done by scissors.  Because I have some weird cowlicks, if I so slightly shorter, it'll look funny.  I'd have to nearly buzz cut my hair for it to look okay.  I'm afraid of doing that however because I think it might look too feminine.

I'm in my late 20s and I'd say I'm at about 40% gray at this point.  I sort of expected this though....all of my older siblings as well as my dad went gray pretty early.  I'm having slight issues dealing with it because I feel like I'm not quite ready to be as gray as I am, but all of the girls I've talked to about it either don't care or mention the whole silver fox thing, so that does help me feel a little better about it.

I've been dyeing my hair darker for a long time, but now that I have it really short, it's just way too much of a hassle to keep up. 

Unless you have some debilitating illness that makes you go gray faster, isn't that all kind of genetic?

I buzz mine, grade 6 (though I'm working up the courage to get shorter... I really want it grade 4, or 2). I used to have it longer and spikey and kept being read as a butch lesbian. My hair is doing a funny hawk thing of it's own accord at the moment. Again I keep being read as a butch lesbian, which is fine if you're a lesbian, but I'm not.

I've also got quite a few grey hairs. I do think that's down to genetics though.

I keep mine in a short buzz, if I can pinch it then it's gotten to long. It's the same style my brother uses, I was jealous for years until I found the courage to just do it. Now I can't imagine letting it grow out again.

Also hey at least a quarter of the hair I have on my face so far (which isn't much) is silver. The rest is blonde, red, or black. Lol none of it seems to match the stuff on my head.
