Hi. I am getting interested in transgender issues again. A quick bit about me - I had mtf srs a while back. Then sort of had bad feelings about stuff and decided that I would transition back to my original birth gender. Been going down that path for past few years but now I am not so sure. I don't believe in the concept of "women trapped in men's bodies" and vice versa. I realize that no amount of surgery can change the fact that I was born male and actually I have learned to accept that and maybe now even take pride in it. But here I am now, I don't have a male body because of the surgery. I started taking testosterone and it actually got me to realize what a great job my surgeon did in what they were trying to achieve. I didn't realize until recently that my new body "works". So maybe I am going to learn to be happy with what I am ... although I am not sure exactly what that is. I haven't really spent much time in the past few years thinking about gender. I have pushed it to the back of my mind but now I am thinking about it again. So I am probably going to hang out here for a wee bit.
Make yourself at home.
I am sure, Roscoe, you have plenty of experiences to share.
