To make your shoulders appear less wide...anyone?
Loosing weight, sure, but that will make my face look gaunt :-(
I prefer my face on the fuller side.
Liposuccion? These areas tend to have more muscle than fat, including in women, right?
Anyway, if you do have a lot of fat there, I guess a liposuccion can be done, but... Then, won't you get a lot of loose, empty skin?
I'd think that your best chance, if you've not been on HRT for over a year yet, would be to avoid arm exercise and hope HRT gives you a good reduction.
Of course, many women are doing it but if you're obese/fat you should lose the weight through exercise first.
How about deltoid muscle reduction? Would take off an inch of each shoulder if completely gone, half and inch is still a significant difference.
Muscle reduction? What is this? Is it some kind of doubtful, dangerous surgery?

I'm on HRT for 25 years now and I've gained weight over the past 10 years but I'm not obese. I'm somewhere between slim and a bit pudgy.
I used to be underweight, then a healthy weight for years, then gaining some weight, obviously around the shoulders and upperarms too.
My torso/trunk is normal, my butt and tighs are nicely rounded. Belly so so, but not fat/potruding.
Losing weight isn't an option because losing a few kilos means it's gonna show in my face plus my natural breasts will shrink and hang, my butt too.
Do you mean deltoid muscle reduction by exercising?

I can understand and sympathize wanting to do that as many of us are like an upside down triangle! I also can't put on enough weight on the bottom half to counterbalance the top half, so it's a nightmare with combined tops and bottoms where there is a set size. I have to swap a smaller bottom half to make the outfit fit. I'm not so bothered about my top half but more bothered about my bottom half. I've been on HRT for over 12 years but the fat seems to go on my belly more than my butt and hips! it's working now a little bit but I'm still much bigger on the top than the bottom! which isn't right for a female.
