Foreign music = any music not from the country that you reside in. Such as: If you're in the United States, you can't put Motley Crue. If you're in Japan, you can't put MUCC.
Now, go!
__________
I love a bunch of music so I have various playlists on Youtube (all public). Here's three of them:
- J-Music (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL69A9BD02CA098C7D) There are two songs in here ("Obscure" by Dir en Grey and "Illuminati" by Malice Mizer) that have some disturbing graphics. I'm trying to rebuild this list because I switched youtube accounts. I'm missing a few bands that I really like, but I can't remember their names. =(
- Slavic Bands (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5E9A3B8A4469E397) I'm aware there's only two bands on there at the moment, but I'm still looking for more. :3
- German Bands (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5074C8B88614A52E%5B/url) Again, only two bands, but I'm having trouble remembering the other ones I like.
So, those are some of my favorite songs. However, "Libra" (first one on the J-Music list) by MUCC and "Jibun Kakumei" (third on the list) by Miyavi are my favorite songs of all time.
I seem to have a subconscious gravitation towards Dutch music.
My favourite band is Within Temptation, and my favourite trance DJ is Armin Van Buuren.
German: Faun, Subway to Sally, Oomph
Norwegian: Kaisers Orchestra
Finnish: Apocalyptica
Japanese: songs from anime I like, haven't heard much, but I like Versailles and some Malice Mizer
Sweden: Roxette
Finland: Hanoi Rocks
Scotland: Gun
Wales: Manic Street Preachers
Northern Ireland: Therapy?
Republic of Ireland: U2
The US: Far too many to mention
(being from the UK I've taken the liberty of bending the rules to split it into the four member counties, so being English I've included Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland on my list)
@ Sephirah: Within Temptation isn't terribly bad. :3 Not exactly my cup of tea, but my cup of tea switches almost daily, lol.
@ Edge:
Who doesn't like anime songs? xD Some of my favorite songs are from anime, particularly "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhod" and "Gravitation".
@ Princess Rachel:
:D That's all right! They each count as there own. I'll have to look up the bands, I haven't heard of them except that Hanoi Rocks rings a bell.
