If constantly obsessing over one's nipple size was the cure for small nipples, mine would definitely be the right size. :D
I have been on HRT for almost a year (six months on the strong stuff) and although I have significant breast growth (no need to put in chicken fillets any more, YAY!!!), the nipples are still rather small. I suppose these are the last thing to get big? It's true they are not man-small, but they are no woman-big yet. Maybe I just need to be patient. I am 36, and I read somewhere that that is probably too old to get significant nipple growth. I wonder if that is true?
Nipple size isn't a big deal because natal women vary a lot when it comes to nipple size too.

mine are almost 1" long and my wifes are quite small (but she has big boobs)

Yeah, obsessing over nipples is taking it too far.
I'd rather have "male nipples" than have mini-pizza sized ones.
It seems to be a bit of a lottery, and nipple growth does not seem to match breast growth.
But you are still growing, so wait and see hun!

I've been on HRT for 7 months and I've had radical changes in this area. What's weird though is that it's incredibly modular. My breasts are only B cups but my areolas are like 2 inches now like triple the size of what they were and my nipples get really wide, extruded and hard when I'm cold. The reason I say it's modular is because when I'm hot my areolas are huge but my nipples are pretty flat and small but when I'm cold my areolas actually shrink back almost to their original size but the nipple become huge and hard so technically I have yet to see both at the same time lol.. Meaning large areolas and big nipples at the same time, it's always one or the other. :(
Two inches!!!! Wow, I wish! My areolas are about an inch across at the moment. Like yours, they do shrink back when cold, and the nipples stick out a bit. Otherwise they lie flat. Who knows, one day they might just pop out and surprise us. We can live in hope..... :)

At their biggest( areolas) look kinda weird because normally they go with a decent pair of Ds but I won't complain though too big is better than small guyish ones.
fwiw, mine (esp my left one) changes on a few days' cycle....both are normally about 3/4" (a little bigger than they were "as a guy") but sometimes the left gets about 1 1/4"ish, almost twice as big as the right, and a lot more "velvetty."
Then it goes back to (my) normal. I don't know what it is...but I'm sure it's just part of the process.

well I was born female and my nipples and aerola is is the size of a dime.
Perhaps I've been lucky(?) since mine were sort of large for a guy's. HRT never had an effect on mine, either back in my 20's or now in my 50's
I asked this same question few months back and got the same answers Mine have gotten little bigger not much. I'm happier than I was but still smaller than I would like.
Nip ser ra ser ra... What ever they'll be, they'll be, they're size is not up to me, nip ser ra ser ra....

Mine are probably nickle-diametered, after a year and a half on hormones. Nipples themselves are literally nonexistant unless the temperature is cooler than usual, or they have been aroused/annoyed significantly - in which case, they may be up to ~4mm long.

I assume whenever I see this question what's really meant is areolas which I, too, am too much obsessed with. One of my little dreams is that I would see significant growth there (not so worried about the nipples themselves, that will probably work out fine)
I'll be looking into some of the tips mentioned above but as another thought - I have read that it is possible to have a matching colored tattooed around the areola which will create the illusion of a larger size.
Not sure how reliable that claim is or if there's any downside.

I use a electric breast pump for lactation. Since I started using the pump my nipples definately got larger

"Chicken Fillets" are rubbery, gel-like inserts for a bra to make your boobies look bigger. They also have strapless versions that stick to your chest and act both as a bras and augmentation. The shape and the insides looks like a cut of chicken meat, hence the name.

I started out with quarter dollars and now have silver dollar sized nipples after about 2&1/2 years
Mine are about 1 1/2" and in general very puffed up. They have grown about half an inch I guess.. They have always been puffy though, its just got more.

Because I think they actually might be growing again at the moment (they are a bit itchy, and that usually is the precursor to some action!). They are a bit less than one inch across most of the time now except when cold. But very flat, there is nothing sticking out yet (unless it's cold!).

They actually tend to get large and puffy during growth spurts and then settle down a bit until the next growth spurt :) So who knows what size they'll end up at because they seem to change fairly often

After five years of HRT my areola is about the size of a dime. My nipples are always erect regardless of the temperature so I wear industrial strength bras to keep them from showing. :( Anyway, I've looked into doing the the matching areola colored tattoos method and I found several "medical" clinics here in town that does them. I've got other priorities to take care of first so if I do this it will be a couple of years down the road.
After several years on medications for health problems. my breasts grew, and the areolas are larger than a silver dollar (Eisenhower). The nipples lag behind, and are only about twice the small size they were before meds. But, with my new HRT they do hurt, and I assume they are growing.
I finally measure my nipples today. Areola is about 1 1/2-1 3/4. Nipple is about 3/8-1/2 wide and 1/4-3/8 protruding. They are larger after using the breast pump.
I've read that 3/8 inch nipples (pointy part) is average for a genetic woman, and 1.5 inches is average for the whole thing. But who cares? I doubt someone will refuse to love you because of small nipples.
