Title: Life post FFS
Post by: GhostTown11 on May 22, 2012, 04:44:53 AM
How is your life after you have had your FFS done? Do you feel the quality is different?

For me, the confidence it gave me has really made we go from looking for that may been accepting me to looking for those that don't accept me and finally to simply not caring and just living my life.

This isn't a physical benefit of the procedure, but a side effect of knowing that my nose and jaw are less bulky and not having a barrel neck anymore and actually having more than just what looked like moobs.

I also had breathing and smelling issues with it totally relieved.

How long does it take for the swelling to go down enough?

i just hit my 3 month mark and I love it. so worth the money. everyone calls me Ms now even when im not wearing make up or in boy cloths. i also go the book job and orchi so cloths would fit better. but FFS was so worth it. i say go for it! oh yeah the first 2 weeks post op sucked cuz my eyes were red and i looked like a vampire from twilight but after that it was all good. Dr Cs recovery time was really short.

Sounds awesome! I'm happy for you and all the rest who underwent FFS and are happier now.

May I ask who performed the FFS in your case?
I'm thinking about having FFS in Marbella/Spain (Facial Team, Doctors Simon and Capitan).

What did they do with the neck? Mine's somewhat bulky, as well.

I too am interested in what procedures can be done to reduce the neck. Mine is quite thick (pre-hrt).
