do you think he was trying to achieve some degree of facial feminization with his surgeries without realising / it being intentional  maybe a subconscious thing ?

and i know he defiantly isnt transexual ,but do would you still consider him to come under the transgender catagory ?

He was trying to achieve facial feminization in a similar way that Michael Jackson was also seeking a more feminine facial look. He hasn't tried to  feminize his body but Pete Burns is gay and doesn't necessarily come under the transgender banner.

I can't quite say what he was trying to accomplish.
