I bind anytime I'm not sleeping. I adjust the strength of the binding depending on activity and need.

I bind whenever I have to leave my house, even if only to bring out the garbage. I do sleep with a looser binder if staying at someone else's house. Most days I spend 6-10 hrs in it, and I work almost everyday. On the plus side, binding material will have a little give after a little while of wear, and should not be so hard on your back and ribs.

Nah I don't, but I wear a baggy, long-sleeve shirt with a dark t-shirt on top of that, so you can't even tell. It's cause I have to get up so early and work for 8 hours and binding would be annoying.

If I had more to bind I would though.

I bind any time I go outside of the house. At work, I'm constantly moving, lifting, doing everything in the world, for anywhere from 5 - 13 hours and I bind the entire time. By now, I can do it with ease.

I haven't tried binding at work yet and I've been spoiling myself by taking off my binder at home and unvelcroing it on long car trips.  I start my summer job next week and definitely have to bind for it.  Next week's going to be the hit-the-ground-running test.  I just got my schedule a few hours ago and I'm on for over 50 hours including a 14 1/2 hour shift on Friday.  All outside.  In the hot sun/pouring rain/whatever else nature throws at us.  Moving around constantly.  Ain't no rest for the wicked...

Yes, I have a physical job, 6-8 hr shifts and I bind. It was difficult at first but I'm used to it now. I take it off the minute I leave and it's a big relief, although while I'm working it doesn't bother me.

I bind whenever I am not home, and I bind at home depending on who is here.

I probably bind for around 14 hours a day... and it doesn't hurt me. I usually dont even notice it until I get home and want to laze around.

I used to bind whenever I went outside (unless it was just a quick run in the dark to the car/mailbox).  Binding was especially important at "work" (read: school) because I was stealth.  When doing clinicals, I'd probably bind for 14+ hours a day.  Uncomfortable at times, but absolutely necessary for me.  There's no way I could have gone without.

Yep...I'm a sanitor in a factory and its hot and steamy and by the end of the night im soaked.

I usually wear a thin shirt, then binder, then other shirt...underwear, shorts and then the coveralls, rubber apron, 2 pair of cloth heat resistant gloves, white glove sleeve things, rubber gloves, arm sleeves, knee high rubber boots, hair net, googles, hard hat, ear plugs, and untill recently beard net.

Its kinda of a pain because it limits my mobility and I have to do a lot lot of reaching cause everythings so high up....but whatev. I plan to buy the cotton concealor thing that has just chest binding that way I can wear and under shirt and that and be good to go.

I bind whenever I leave the house.  Around the house I wear a compression shirt.  So I typically bind over 12 hours a day.

I bind as soon as I get up (sometime around noon) and don't take my binder off till I sleep (sometime between 2-4). I'd say my job is physical. I work in a kitchen/restaurant so it's hot as hell and I'm always carrying heavy trays of dishes and food. I don't even notice my binder anymore, but it took a little while to get to that point.
