Hmm, not in person. However, I have recently gotten into contact with two members here (whose identity shall be maintained concealed unless they desire for it to be otherwise, for the king has requested it to be so) through MSN and Skype, and they have quickly become my two best (and only?) friends, closer to me than any other human before them, despite the thousands of kilometers. We speak (or type, depends) for hours every day, and they make me feel really good.
It may not be very healthy in the beginning to only have Internet friends, but I can be myself so much more with them than anyone else, and I've basically grown so close to them that it outweighs all of my previous "close" friends, and 100 real life friends I would make right now - assuming I could - would be nothing in comparison.
Ehehe, wasn't this quite the uncalled for "declaration of friendship"? And now I hope they both feel the same, because if not they might feel bad when they read this.
This is embarrassing. Why did I write that to everyone? I almost erased it actually.
I met one person from here, but nothing came of it. We didn't talk, and still haven't, after almost a year or so after meeting.
I would love to meet some trans ppl. I live in birmingham england, but dont know of any support groups or anything.
I have met a couple. And my BFF was a member here.
