Does Anyone know a surgeon who castrates without the need of a letter, I've been living like this since I was 15. I feel therapy is a waste of my money at the moment. (I will do it for srs because you have to though lol).
Please respond with any info.
Or email me jessikalee.key@gmail.com thank you bunches girls.
Still nothing?
There used to be a few people who did this but it's getting very hard to do it without a letter. Sorry but I don't know anything either. Finding a letter might unfortunately be the fastest way.

I think that is so stupid and so pricey when you don't have insurance. There has to be someone in the u.s.a who will do it. I was told I should look up a urologist and just call around and ask.
You may want to actually search this forum for orchi or orchiectomy instead of castration. There are indeed Drs in the US that will do it without letters and I know of at least one that does it outpatient and at least one other that does it in a hospital. If you search you can find what you need. Also if you STILL can't find it here then look at the Eunuch Archive. It isn't really a good resource for us, but there is a HUGE thread there about the main Dr (the one in my profile line).

And in your opinion did he do a good job (in case you chose to get srs)? Any risks?
I will be having GCS it is only a matter of when I can afford it. Originally I thought around three years, but unfortunately there is a good chance that plan will change and it will be closer to 5-10 years.
I've had no major healing issues. It still has a tiny bit to be totally healed, but I don't really feel a lot of scar tissue. I felt no pain. He was very professional. He did write a letter that qualified for both my DMV and the US passport officials (both now have Fs).
The only bad part was that I had to leave "that" part exposed after it was cleaned and numbed until the shots had time to numb everything and I felt VERY anxious.
This is my thread (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,118207.0.html) where I questioned it and several people present pros/cons.
I'm calling Monday and I'm going to start paying for it, I've been in transition since 15 and have had BA and a nose job and some fat transfers, do u think he won't need a letter?
