Well, I found a gender therapist and fluke of flukes she comes to a small town about 4 hours away from me once every two weeks. So long drive, but when you live in a remote location I'm simply ecstatic that she is even in the vicinity and I can have at least a few appointments face to face versus over the phone.
The irony of it all is that I'm going to be getting assessed for hormone therapy on Fathers Day!!! I'm sorry my partner and I laughed so hard considering I've always said not to celebrate it for me because I don't particularly like it. What an alignment of the stars. It looks like the universe does have a sense of humour after all... ;D
LOL
I have observed, both in my own case plus stories from others, that there is LOT of irony in the life of the average trans. I should start a list ;)
Nice One!
That's great news hon! The ride will give you time to think things over. Hugs, Devlyn
Congratulations. :)
