Title: hip fat
Post by: Elijah3291 on June 11, 2012, 08:21:38 PM
hey everyone.  So you know how T is supposed to redistribute the feminine fat to the stomach?  Well, i am pretty thin but the only area I really have fat is on my hips, particularly the backside of my hips, on my back. It really grosses me out.

Wondering if there is a certain exercise that i can do to target my hip fat?

I should be having surgery in about 6-8 months and I want to prepare for that, and don't want to be embarrassed about going shirtless in public because of my hip fat.

my hip bones don't stick out that much, its just the fat around it.

Hey look, it's that cute dude again!  :D
I've heard of other people having issues about hip and butt fat but I don't think people actually pay that much attention at all. I'm a people watcher and I never notice it either and people aren't going to be like, "Oh that's strange...that guy has a big butt, could he be a girl?"
You can probably google hip fat exercises though, if it really bugs you. If all else fails, google it.  :P

you cant spot lose fat you need to do cardio to lose it  but you could of set the hip fat by building upper body muscles or if your waist is to thin do oblique exercises to thicken it.

I agree, building your upper body can go a long way in appearances for your hips.

Cardio in general, with focusing on your glut/hip region. Working out in general will not give you immediate results, but it will help with your overall body image and you will feel good.
I know that feeling. My shoulders are the  V shape, and then my hips which stick waaaaaay out, so its like a V with a side ways B-ish type thing going on. It is very frustrating.
