Title: Breast growth without tenderness?
Post by: Th!nk on June 26, 2012, 10:30:36 PM
I was just wondering whether anybody else has experienced breast growth with little/no tenderness or pain.

I've only been on HRT for two months and my leftie is very nearly an A and my rightie is nearly AA. I've plumped out a bit on the side and top of my chest around my boobs as well. I'm wondering if most of it is adipose tissue since I've not experienced much discomfort. I will occasionally feel a very slight amount of a weird tearing type pain, but that's it. I could get punched in the chest and not flinch.

My areolas are also staking new territory, seems kinda fast for only two months low-dose (figures as I'm still presenting as male). Anyone else get growth without the ouch?

I have tried three different types of drugs.

Estraderm - always on me and always tender
Premarin - moderate pain and firm
Diane 35 - very painful (I also stopped taking this one after about 20days)

Maybe it depends on how your body responds to them...  If it's unbearable it's not such a bad idea to change the dose or type of estrogen.

I experienced growth that's quite similar. I experienced almost no tenderness for the longest time... only recently (a year and a half on hormones) have I acquired much sensitivity, and even now it is negligible.

However, I also haven't grown all that much. I am fairly flat... and I doubt I'm yet to an A. However, this is probably just because I am a super-skinnybeans, always have been, and may always be. My nipples and areolae have gone through little or no change, unfortunately. So ... if they weren't so perky, and if I weren't so skinny, I might be thought to have moobs.

I prefer to call them noobs, though.

Most of the time, I had very little breast tenderness. Okay, if I pressed my palm against my breasts, they hurt a bit, but other than that, not really. And only once did my nipples hurt from the shirt rubbing at them.

My breasts seem to slowly conquer the B cup territory, and I actually never had such sensitivity or pain women usually describe.

Hi Think,

Now for the good news. Two months in is still early days for most areas of development. When 'things' really start happening, that's when the fun starts. Good to hear you are getting such good early development though.

There is nothing like standing in a queue and all of a sudden the 'girls' decide to go for a growth spurt. I'll say nothing more. Just enjoy it.

Keep in touch and let us know how it is all developing for you. Oh! To answer your question. No! I've not experienced growth without tenderness. I do find however massaging on a daily basis is VERY good for them.

Enjoy your journey and experience

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

I don't know, my growth coincided with tenderness.

On about week 3 of HRT my breasts became REALLY sensitive, like hair trigger, like they would send little jolts of pain from the fabric brushing against them changing shirts.

That has continued pretty consistently until now and that is also when I started getting breast growth, which has also been very rapid and has continued until now (7.5 weeks).

There is no way you'll mistake growth for adipose tissue, it will feel like a hard, rubbery lump under the skin that is easily distinguishable from the fat surrounding it.
