has anyone heard of this or tried it themselves? i was searching how to grow facial hair faster (well not faster but just to help it grow) and biotin came up. I'm not into taking pills or that stuff but I was looking at its side affects and there doesnt seem to have anything negative about it. but let me know if you any of you have tried it or opinions.
I have facial hair now and the t is definitely helping it grow but its still too thin to be seen...now my legs a diff story thats darker than shhht
biotin is for general health not specifically for growing hair?
with so many peanuts and peanut products being eaten these days its hard to imagine anyone isn't getting a surplus of biotin.
try eating more green veg, eggs and cow/pig/lamb liver to give your intestinal bacteria something to synthesize biotin from?
if biotin did grow facial hair then all the women of Georgia would be so hairyfaced as to be perfect extras for Planet of the Apes sequels.
biotin will make you grow hair faster but will not make you start growing facial hair but putting rogain on your face might help you can search this one place you might want to check is Jeff's beard board
Rogaine should not be used for anything but a last resort aka when you've been on T for 4 or more years with little to no facial hair growth.

I took biotin for a while...I think it def made the hair on my head grow quicker...can't say it helped with the beard. One of the side effects I have heard is that it can make acne worse for the first few weeks, just as an fyi.
