It sucks so bad. I'm way too little. Even though I played coed hockey for a long time. I'm just way too little and female to ever play baseball, especially football. I'm from Saint Louis, baseball is my life, it sucks.
I was lucky, I was on a self made soccer team, which was unisex. there where a few girl who joined but they fast lost interest so in the end it was all boy team.
beside that there where a time we had sepperated the training team for PE into too groups and I got in the group with all the guys, it was awsome because the teacher threated us equal and trained us hard.. compared to the girl team which I would had killed me of boredom.
however I am sad I wasnt able to swim, I was a very good swimmer as little, but I had to give up because of my transition I simple couldnt bear the swimming suit and the stress of getting in and out of the girls locker room.
I also had to miss out for some matrial art because binders had made my body weak, so I couldnt make them.
I played little league baseball, then was forced onto an all girls softball league which I was not happy about. After moving I found a league that was co-ed but the guys on my team teased me all the time for my gender (however, because I was significantly smaller than everybody I was almost always walked). I also couldn't find a bat that was the right length and weight for my league and my size which was not fun.
I would like to do some sort of sport besides ladder golf soon, even if it's just a pick up game between friends where it's non competitive.
I always wanted to be a quarterback. I was born in Dallas so I'm a born Cowboys fan and quite honestly a new quarterback would do them some good. I think I could do better than Romo.
I just wished I was an athletic person in general. I wish I could have done MMA/wrestling/boxing. Female body aside I was too fat and out of shape to play in any sport. I still am. Plus too broke to play didn't help.
Before I got sick (age 21), I was always unusually strong for someone who was born female-bodied. I played baseball with my best friend until we lost touch. My attempts at organized sports were lost though. Pre-puberty, I was bullied out of hockey, and after puberty, the girls' sports weren't serious enough for me, and the boys rejected me.
I've always wanted to play rugby, but when I moved school at 11 they made girls and boys play separate sports, the boys got football (soccer), rugby and cricket, while girls got hockey, netball and rounders. The last year we finally managed to scrape together a girls rugby team, but after the first match everyone got injured, realised how physical it was, and never turned up for any practices again. For a few months I trained with a woman's rugby team but being under 18 we weren't allowed to do any contact with the adults or have any matches, which was pretty rubbish, but between that and the match we had I realised that I was probably too small to ever even play women's rugby successfully, with sucks.
I'd still like to play rugby at some point and if there's ever a time when I'm old enough and not on T I'd definitely look into it, I think I could just about cope with it being a woman's team as it's something I love.
I always wanted to play lacrosse, but there was only a dude's team, and I had no chance of getting in because I wasn't passing or on T or anything. :/
Truth:
In high school if your school does not have a "female equivalent" you can be on the "boys team" meaning if they only had "boys lacrosse" you could try out and join the team if you make the cut. Same goes for football, and wrestling.
You're not even on T yet, are you? Once you are you'll gain muscle fast (after a certain point) and be able to play.
... Or do you mean your height?
Yeah I'll be on T soon so I'll be fine there but my height is definitely an issue of... 5'1

Freddie Patek was 5'5" (although a lot of people say he was shorter) and was a shortstop for the Angels, Royles, and Pirates (MLB).
Elton Jose Xavier Gomez is 5' is a left midfielder who helped his team win the Federation cup (UAE Football League).
There's a few flyweight MMA fighters that are around 5'3
i always wanted to play ice hockey but unfortunately i live in northern Australia which means it never gets cold. that sucks cause i have the right build for it except my height 153 cm or 5' 1/2 "
Yeah I played hockey my whole life. Being short there's barely a disadvantage if you can be fast. I like baseball and football now though
I played baseball from Tball up until bantams, with the boys. Not to toot my own horn (toot toot) but I made a fool out of a lot of them, and they hated me for it. I was starting catcher, and backup pitcher. I grew up from childhood, and was really close to a lot of the boys I played with, but majority of them had grudges, and so did their parents. I remember when I was 13, they held tryouts in the college gymnasium for baseball the upcoming year. Out of 500 boys (well 499, plus me), I was picked 13th, and parents were PISSED, that a "girl" was chosen over their Ken Griffey Jr sons. My dad loved that ->-bleeped-<-.
Coincidentally, I had to choose between baseball and hockey, and hockey was my passion, so I gave up baseball. Once I have top surgery I'm definitely going to join a softball league though.
I'd like to play football or soccer. I suppose I could play on a co-ed soccer team but I want to be treated as a male which might be possible if I skip the locker room for now. There is a women's football league around here but I am not a woman so I am not going to play in it, I don't think any of the male teams would take me because I am small guy and I am unwilling to be a kicker.
I used to play football when I was a kid until my dad was PCS'd to California, where the school wouldn't allow a girl to play. I played baseball with the kids in my neighborhood and when I moved up to Alaska, it was too cold. So, I joined the wrestling team, until I screwed up my knee more. I injured it as a little kid and then again on the team. I had to quit or risk permanent injury. I really miss all three sports.
forgot,, I dont know if its a sport ot count as one, But I wished I had learned to dance from a younger age, too much trans issues, + its hard to move with bandage not to mention that genderroles concerns me..
Hey.! I played baseball with my twin brother unil i was ten and forced into a softball league. It was terrible and i hated it. During my freshman year i "accidently" missed softball tryouts nd manged to go to the wrog field nd tryout for baseball (aha or so my parents think) i made the team and it was great!! :)
