Title: f2m first app with dr curtis bit of advise please
Post by: enrico on July 18, 2012, 11:50:49 AM
HI,
i have my first app with dr Curtis next week. I have my deed-poll, driver lic in my new name :) Bank account in new name and some bills, Also a letter from my old work place starting i worked as a male, and also from my sister and my partner as well and ill be having a letter from my doc too.

Also I had bloods done last week because i was feeling a bit ill, they literally checked me for everything, im going to ask my doctor to also state in the letter about my bloods everything came back normal, so i was hoping that id be able to skip the bloods because ive all ready had them done and this will help speed up the process of being prescribed T?

I was wondering with all this evidence and letters and also the bloods is it a possibility i could get prescribed T next week.. I understand if i cant or if it will have to be on the 2nd visit, but would these blood help speed up?

I Was also wondering what T i will be prescribed?, neibo or what ect And will i be able to get that prescribed from my docs here with Dr Curtis Prescription as i live in wales not London.. Thats if my docs are willing to do so.

Any advise or help would be helpful.
Thank you.
Im sorry if i posted this in the wrong place.

I went to Dr Curtis with bloodwork already done and all the necessary paperwork....and he gave me a consent form which I had to mull over for at least 4 weeks, sign, and then bring back to him, and I would have gotten the T on my second visit.

I can't tell you what happens after that with regards to travelling to london for the shots...because during the 4 week thinking period I discovered I was pregnant and never went back for the T  :P
