Just curious ... I see a lot of conflicting info on the web about whether, over time, this actually can increase size at all (by that I mean size that sticks around after the pumping wears off).
I've seen guys who had pretty good growth through it (by that I mean I saw the package ;)) Some pumped regularly, some not so regularly, all of them were on T. Some guys it went away after they stopped doing it regularly, some it stayed. I think it's possibly genetics. I def think T might help.
I used to pump semi regularly. I don't believe it made a difference. I've also hurt myself while pumping.
Yeah I think there's too many factors involved to make a determination on whether it really does work or what. I'd I'm a little hesitate to try it because of the potential to hurt myself!
i plan on trying cos i guess if I'm careful it can't hurt to try! - anything that could help I'm pretty into it
The science on this seems pretty overwhelming against that it works. Aside from anecdotal experience which is not scientific, the only people who seem to claim the science says otherwise are selling something.
I bit the bullet and gave it a try. Of course the physics of it all works short term. Felt odd as f*@#! on. However, I'll side with the people that say it feels pretty good once it's off. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's done it long term if they have any sustained results or not.
the problem with pumps is you become dependent there are massage techniques that are supposed to be more effective for increasing size
For me, the fact that one of the best lower surgeons around suggests their use is good enough for me. Dr. Toby Meltzer has learned a lot from his patients, including about pumping, and so he has collaborated with a urologist to tailor a system for his clients. There do seem to be results from regular use. I don't know what's attainable for folks not on T.
I can't say for sure yes or no. I was pumping regularly for about a month or so. I have had some impressive downstairs growth according to my partner, but I am also on T and I seem to be getting a lot of changes faster than I had expected them. Now I only pump occasionally, but it does at least make for some fun bedroom time.

could you mention some exemples?
Joann, can you please clarify whether you are speaking about FTM genitalia when you say that pumping leads to dependence, and jelqing results in changes?
The benefits from pumping of FTM genitals (more evident in testosterone-enhanced or -influenced bodies) don't seem to be so much from the engorgement, which is temporary. The challenges as I (and some other longterm guys who discuss this) have seen seem to be more around stretching, and figuring out what to use to accomplish the regular, gradual stretch of internal structures. Pumping seems to do that for many of us, whether or not the actual engorgement provides enough stretch to non-harmfully allow maximum growth and preparation for surgery.
I was thinking of male genitalia in general.
Im thinking that Whats good for the goose is good for the gander... ;)
But please pardon my ignorance. im new to this.
Where exactly could one get a decent pump for beginners?

Amazon. Search for Size Matters Clitoris Pump. Should be around $75 but includes everything you need and has 3 cylinders that you'd be hard pressed to outgrow.
Alternatively if you just want to see if it does anything for you, you could make your own. I think Chase Ross has a video on it?
