Maybe this is a crazy question, but I need to know. Did anyone else have this overwhelming urge to stretch about 50% of the time you're awake?
It feels really, really good but exhausting. I mean arms, legs, back.. stretching like you just woke up, but all the time. Like you never had muscles before and they're just yellin GOOD MORNING. Any idea what I'm talkin about?
hahaha yeah I'm pretty big on it. I tend to stretch in weird ways too or try to stretch odd muscles so I look like a nuffer when i'm stretching out in class
Sure do - I could stretch all day.
I do this a lot now too. I enjoyed stretching before but for some reason I feel that way a lot now.

wow, I was just thinking about this today. I do stretch a lot and I was thinking about it this week about how it seems to be more common place for me, especially today because I was so tired.
I'm not on T but I stretch like a mad man...its good for you and if you feel like you need to, you probably should. I'd say listen to your body and just go for it
