Title: Where to buy clear elastic for simple harness?

I buy white elastic from Walmart but my girlfriend would really like it if I had clear elastic. I bought some off online but it was way too flimsy and not even compared to the white from walmart. Where can I buy the correct clear elastic to hold my packer sturdy?  Walmart does not carry clear.  Or is there a place I can buy a harness already made?  Thank you

Kind of curious about this too, or if there is any other clear material that could be used for a harness and is strong enough.

That is quite similar to the elastic I bought which was too thin.  Maybe they have a thicker one.
