I just got my Tranzwear stuff today and while shipping was fast and customer service was great I'm kind of dissappointed. I've only seen positive reviews so I though I was safe. I got the Athletic trunk snuggler (Matchstick), the natural boxer brief with the TW Pack Right harness (Jockey), and a "free" snuggler boxer brief (Knocker). I have the Peecock (small). I got the snuggler for exercise (which I can't do anyways for another 2 weeks at least because I'm 1 week post-op) and the natural for daily use with my stp. Now I'll start by saying that maybe getting a small instead of a medium (I have a 31" waist which is right between the two) would help and to lengthen the length of the pouch because it feels to high. The underwear itself is very comfortable. The snuggler pouches are to high for me making it look like I have a boner and the pouches are very tight so that it's difficult to get the packer in and out. I can't figuire out how the TW harness is supposed to work. It has a c-ring with some other things below it, when I get my packer in like the picture, the elastic is to tight on th shaft and restricts me from using it as an stp plus the underwear doesn't have a fly so I don't know how that's supposed to work.
Hopefully someone out there will be able to help me, but right now I'm just feeling bitterly dissappointed because I don't know how I'm going to get this to work :( I guess it's back to my too tight jock strap that I cut so the shaft could fit through (which works well, but I'm sick of two waistbands)/
I got free snuggler briefs in a large (I was in between medium and large) and the pouch was too high for me too. it doesn't work for me if i tuck my dick straight down, it sorta works if i flop it to the side or up. It was also tight and hard to get my dick in and out of. I might try to mod it or something to make it work for me. If I do I'll let you know.
Luckily i just got it for free and didn't waste any money
Well, you have to remember that these products, unmodified, are originally built for cis men with cis bodies. And that some types of underwear will fit your body better than others.
With that said, here's my experience. I haven't bought new TW in a long time--they've been wearing really well--but the pouches tend to be a little too low for me because of things like waist-to-butt size ratio and elastic that has relaxed a little. So I wind up folding the waistband to bring the pouch UP. I've never bought any of the brands you mentioned, mine are Hanes boxer briefs. TW has been modifying them for years, so perhaps the pouch design has been nearly perfected.
I've also noticed that there's a bit of variation in the size of the pouches; I think the designers were still experimenting during the time that I was buying this product.
The boxer briefs that I use are in two styles, and I can't remember the names. One has a big, roomy pouch, and the other has a C-ring and a small pouch for the balls only. I used to prefer the C-ring style, but after I lost more weight, I much prefer the large pouch style and only wear the C-ring underwear if I've run out of the other style. Fifteen or twenty pounds can make a big difference in the same body.
This company has changed ownership since I bought any of their products, and the designs might very well have changed. I would experiment a bit and then, if you're still not satisfied, write to the company.

Interesting. I've found the same to be true for mine -- that the pouch hangs too low. I plan on buying some jock straps and modifying things on my own from now on. Much cheaper and easier to customize. It's worth a try. OP: you can probably modify the TW to make the pouch hang lower. I know the point of the TW is that you shouldn't have to do any modifying, but it's an idea.

Sounds like he's better off just making his own to fit his own body. I would do it for myself, but I'm lazy and have a horror of sewing machines.
I'm hoping that EliJames writes back to tell us how it went. Maybe the company should offer low-hanging pouches and higher pouches! That would solve my problem...and I wouldn't have to even THINK of grappling with an evil biting attacking sewing machine.
Just want to say I liked dealing with Tranzwear. They actually dusted the packer and put it in a little box. Very nice. It was very discretely boxed.
Only did one order.

Thanks for all the replies everyone.
I have found that the underwear works better when I'm wearing jeans because they kind of hold the packer 'back' (or something). I'm thinking about cutting a hole in the pouch of to slide the shaft through, but I haven't worked up the nerve to do it yet. The harness I use now is a swimmers jock strap that I cut a hole in for the shaft so I could stp, it also helps because the pouch was a little tight for my packer and it was much more comfortable after I cut a hole. I am thinking about sewing the jockstrap into my regular underwear, but I haven't quite worked out how, it would also mean that I would have to buy more jock straps (~$10 each). I'm thinking that I'm going to but the reelmagik 4.5" prosthetic so it's just attached to my body, but it's expensive (I have the money, but if I buy it it'll cost me almost all of my savings), the shipping is long (6 months!!!), and I'm nervous about the adhesive (it's expensive, I need to shave, it can come off, etc.).
Sorry that turned into a little rant, but the world of prosthetics seems so complicated.
I am completely new to packing and binding, and Tranzwear is the first company I've ever ordered from, so I have nothing to compare against, but: I got a combo pack of pair of Snuggler cotton boxer briefs and a Sailor 5" from him (it's just one dude), and I am utterly delighted with the setup. For some of the underwear types, you can specify the pouch depth. I just placed a second order for more underwear, and this time I'm trying the Econo Snuggler boxer briefs, and I was able to specify where I want the pouch to go to. This is extra cool, because I'm six feet tall and the distance from my waist to my pubic bone is longer than a lot of guys'. If they're comfy I'm going to get the 3-pack next time.
I'm not sure what I'll do down the road when I get a Peecock, though. (I want one once I get used to packing and have a little extra cash.) I haven't really looked at the other TranZwear options, because I don't need that yet.
I'll also say that Den (TranZwear's owner) replies to emails extremely quickly, and he helped me figure out what would work for me without trying to get me to just buy the most expensive products. I also got a binder (6" black one), and it's extremely comfortable. (It's not a shirt-type one, though; Florida is way too hot for those.) He's having a sale right now, too... I'm not affiliated or anything, just a happy customer.
