hi
Iam on estrogen only, i never take anti androgen, will this give me the effect i want
Thanks
I was on estrogen before introducing AA aswell and have to say there were noticeable changes as soon as that happened. Only on Estrogen, my figure seemed rounder, I lost a lot of muscle, my features seemed more feminine if I looked closely but as soon as I added anti androgens into the mix, like I said, the changes were much more noticeable and its only since that i've looked into the mirror and thought,
"If these changes keep up then I'll have to get me a bigger stick to fight the men off!"
Its only my personal experience, so the changes may be different for everyone but hope this helps!

What does your doctor say when you ask them about AA's?
I have only been on Estrogen and believe me it works just fine by itself given the right dose and the right estrogen.
good luck.
Tanya
I am not on any AA's and my T level is down below the ability of the analyser to register. My Endo is quite impressed as it is a fairly low dose too. If I jump up and down there is enough boobage for a decent bounce. :)
Karen.
I'm no expert but.
Endo's will commonly put MtF on oestrogen with no anti-AA;s to monitor the levels of T. T decreases due to oestrogen by the production of sex hormone binding globulins (SHBG on your blood tests). They mop up the T. Once that as stabilised the endo may or may not put you on antiAAs as needed. Or they may just keep you on oestrogen. Every drug has side effects and as long as you T level is negligible the decision not to put you on anti-AAs can be due to the side effects, anti-AAs won't make your boobs grow BTW they 'just' keep the the T level down.
I'm also bouncy and very sensitive just on oestrogen. But it takes a while.
Thanks for your reply

couldn't of put it better myself, thats almost word for word what my doctor told me when he put me on just patches and oral, he put me on the patches to make the body changes, and the oral to boost the patches work, while also producings the SHBG
