So, I started a new job about four months ago. I came into this job presenting as a male and going by my chosen name. Even though my bosses saw my license and it has 'F' on it still, and so did my food handler's permit. The funny thing is that no one there has ever questioned me about it. Not once. They all call me 'Him,' and 'He,' and to my knowledge have no idea that I'm trans.
And then, there's this girl. She always has dreams about work, and she came up to me and said,
"I had another dream about work,"
"Yeah, okay,"
And then she continues on by saying, "And in it, you were a girl, and you were pretty,"
And I go "O____O; OMFG! She knows!"
"In the dream, so and so said that you were exploring every aspect of your personality...So I was like, oh, okay and cool with it," Then she laughed and went back to telling me how pretty I was.
But even after this conversation, whenever we talked about being kids, she never made it sound like I used to be a girl, and she still talks about how I get upset when customers think I'm a girl. It's super strange, and I keep wondering if this is her way of telling me that she knows, she's okay with it, and she's not telling anyone...or maybe she's only having this dream and saying these things because of how many people confuse me for a woman.
Any of you had something similar like this happen to you?
It's weird...no?
I'm guessing she knows somehow (or someone else knows). At least she isn't outing you. By saying she is dreaming that you are a girl, it isn't outing. Do you think she likes you? I've heard that some gals really like transguys-- best of both worlds and that type of thing.
Or perhaps it is just an odd coincidence.
And yeah it's odd.

Hah, Well, I really don't think it's that, because she has a boyfriend whom she's having a baby with, so...
Yeah, I'm not really sure, I just thought it was interesting xD
