I just had top surgery 2 weeks ago (yay! it went great, i love it) and i've been on T for almost 2 years (november) but I still get ma'amed EVERYWHERE. Grocery store, customers at work, and I can just tell that people don't look at me and think "dude". I know everyone changes at different speeds yada yada but seriously. I was on a low dose of T at first and I'm still on lower than what I think is average (especially for someone my size) but I still think I should be passing more often now.

Second, hair cut maybe? Get your T dose raised? No sure, but maybe some of the guys will have an idea.
congrats on top surgery! about being on a low dose of T....from my experience, moving away from the lower end of the male range really made all the difference. after 8 months of no larger changes i pretty much caught up with others within a month on a higher dose. are your estrogen levels fine? if not, it might make sense to on blockers for a while as well.

its hard to say whats make a person pass or nonpass able.
it can be everything from your clothing to your voice, hips or anything.
Good news is, if you know your on a low dose of T now then you can raise it alittle, and you know in time T will change more and more to make you more passable by time.
to give an advice try to have some clothing who isnt too big, to show your flat cheast and yet not something where you see too much hips.
As trans your used to shop for clothes to hide your body as much as posible to pass, as you start transition you for a time goes into a period where you has to do the opposite and shop for clothes who really show off all the maculine effects you got as much as posible.

Congrats on your top surgery! Sorry your having trouble passing at almost 2 years on T. I know how you feel. I'm like a year and half on T and I still don't pass either. I know it's frustrating being on T for that long and not passing. Hopefully soon you will start passing. Does your voice pass as male?
