so i'm injecting using a 25g 1 inch needle ( i hope it's okay to discuss needle size cause i know we can't discuss doses. sorry if that's out of line to say)
but, i noticed when doing my injections, there is "left over" t in the needle that refuses to come out.
it's not a large amount, but its still enough for me to notice and feel like it's cutting into my dose.
has anyone else had this issue? if so, what did you do to not "waste" this t any longer?
it's my 3rd week/3rd dose, and i want to make sure i'm getting it right and fixing the issue present.

The "left over" T in the needle isn't enough to make a difference. And yes, we can discuss needle size/gauges.

Manufacturers for any type of measuring glass or syringe take in account any residual substance left behind. It's impossible to get ALL of the liquid out - and if they didn't take it into account - Chemistry as a whole would not be as far as it is today.
When you dosage is figured out the needle size is taken into account.
Same here. I just inject slightly more than my dose so the full dose gets injected. And by slightly I mean very slightly.
And if you think that's frustrating, wait until you get to the end of your vial! ;)
A friend of mine {cough cough} pulls the plunger back and mists the smidgen that's remaining in the syringe Where He Hopes It Will Do The Most Good. It doesn't, of course, but that's just for luck, and other guys do that as well.

My wife is a nurse and she draws my syringe up for me ... she puts a smidge more so that I get the full dose

This. Any left in the needle is not part of your dose.
The nurses I went to taught me to add a small (tiny) air bubble after I finish drawing the T. When it hits the needle I know that I'm done, and there is no more T in the syringe or needle. I've been doing it that way for over 6 months and find it works right for me.
