but i dont know much about dr chettawuts technique and i havent talked to many of his patients
He is one of the best doctors I have come across and his facial surgeries deliver fantastic results. Also his SRS is excellent (talking from personal experience).

do you know what method he uses for the forehead setback ?
So there is hope for me. Sadly I will have to wait til I can afford this to pass. Thank you for the inspiration though :D
Oh, wow. He seems pretty good... I mean, his white patients look a bit more Asian, but that's not really a bad thing per se. Depending on what you like, aesthetically. I kinda like it, myself.
I didn't think of considering a Thai surgeon for FFS. I may have to... I'd rather stay on my own continent, but those B&As are promising. Now, I just hope those results are a sample of a larger barrel of apples... rather than just a choice, spectacular few.
Holy crap. Doesn't even look like she could even be related to her before self. she could take on a whole new identity if she wanted to :P
I really just want my hairline and brow bossing + rhinoplasty + mentoplasty and a trachea shave and I will be happy.
Waiting for another year on hormones to pass by to see if I really want to go forward with the mento, but I'm sure I'll get it done(why not?) :D

I had my FFS with Dr Z. I can only speculate about the FFS techniques DR CH uses. The best thing to do is to contact his office with your photos and see what he suggests. The thing about him is that he will only do what he thinks is needed, and he will refuse to do any unneeded procedure. His results are stunning. (Much better then those photos on the web he has)
Another one of the best imo

^^ That's Speigel's work. And pretty much encapsulates the strength and weakness of his technique: you end up looking like your sister. The effect is stunning in that case, but if you actually look closely, the changes are minor. A lot of the reason she looks so good are things that didn't change: her big eyes, nice lips, high cheekbones... They just have more prominence now that the doctor has stripped the masculine elements from her face. Spiegel works by reduction - taking away the things that shouldn't be there. It's less holistic, and doesn't seem to work as well on people who want/need a lot of stuff done.
I'm personally delighted with the work he did on my face. But he does get complaints of "you didn't go far enough" or "I don't look different." For me, that helped convince me to go see him, because I was scared of the doctors like O. or Z. that go for a dramatic overhaul; I didn't want to look like an entirely different person.

I think Michelle was alluding to the general attractiveness of a person. I've seen similar results on other surgeon's pages, for example there is a mtf-ts who had FFS w/Dr Cardenas. She was a male runway model and looked very good as a "male" already.

So much for nostalgia - this looks like some early Marlene Dietrich version.
You'd be so 'celebrity clocked' it surely would get on your nerves in no time.
Just saying ;)
Axélle
...it's pointless to compare oneself to other people. I'm interested in FFS because I would like to see a more feminine version of my face, not somebody elses.

This!
I'm really not all that attached to my current face so I wouldnt really picky. Also whenever I see a transformation like those two, it inspires hope for my own future.

Dr. Ousterhout: http://www.drdouglasousterhout.com/ (http://www.drdouglasousterhout.com/)
Dr. Zukowski: http://www.mlzukowski.com/ (http://www.mlzukowski.com/)
Along with Spiegel, those are generally regarded as the top 3 North American surgeons for FFS. Though there are, of course, other excellent surgeons in North America and elsewhere, many of whom come with lower price tags.
Very impressive results in the OP. I bookmarked the surgeon's website. I never considered seeing a Thai surgeon but this has changed my mind.

I wonder what happened to her receding hairline.
It went south and lived happy ever since.
Transplants? or regrowth?

to be far it still looks thin in that photo , in the front , the red hair just makes it look less noticable
I don't think so. It's not nearly as bad as in the before picture.
Well, perhaps she got a scalp advance? To lower the hairline.
