Title: "Don't you know I had a dream last night,..." (voice training)
Post by: rhonda13000 on April 18, 2007, 05:40:07 PM
"Don't you know I had a dream last night, and everything was still
You were by my side so soft and warm
And I dreamed that we were lovers, in the lemon scented rain
Oh when I woke up, oh I found it again
I had been dreamin', dreamin' again"
- 'Dreamin' Again' - Jim Croce

What a pretty song that is.   :)

I was compiling songs to install onto my memory stick for use on the FM modulator, while driving and thought that I would add a couple of Jim Croce songs, notwithstanding the gender impropriety.

It's such a pretty song.  :)

But as I was driving, I thought that I might try to sing along and found,

1) Dropping into a low frequency range is requiring more and more conscious effort and

2) I found to my delight that I could achieve a full octave higher in pitch than was previously possible.

I think that such constitutes "cool beans."  ;D
