Jurors will continue deliberations today for the man accused of bludgeoning a transvestite to death after having sex with him in his Canton Township trailer last April.

Wayne County Circuit Judge Thomas E. Jackson adjourned jurors Wednesday in the open murder trial of Andre Marcel Adams, 34, of Ypsilanti.

Defense lawyer Charlotte Steffan-Ramirez characterized Adams and Armstrong as friends in a sexual relationship and said Adams left the trailer that night after Armstrong passed out from drinking.
