I noticed that when swallowing your Adams Apple almost disappears. So with a little practice i learned to completely suck up my AA.
Stand in front of a mirror and swallow. youll see your AA move up and then down.
Now swallow half way and hold it. It should almost be invisible.
Practice by holding it in and try to suck it up even more by manipulating your throat muscles.
I did this to my therapist and she dropped her jaw.
"Havent you noticed? I dont have a Adams Apple..." :D
I find posture makes a big difference, too. When I stand or sit with my lower back arched forward and my head back it recedes pretty much entirely. It takes some effort train yourself to stay like that for long periods, but after awhile it feels good and you get used to it.

Since I recently put on a few kg (I was kind of skinny before), my adam's apple is a lot less noticeable.
Wear scarves and turtlenecks to hide your lump. Or be like me with a lot of neck fat.
I'll choose a knife
I've been putting a dash of dark concealer or eye shadow on it and blending the color well into the area around it. You can still see it, but somehow I hope the darkness will cause it to recede and be less noticeable. I can't now, nor would I ever pry be able to afford the surgery to reduce it. I'm hoping I put on some weight while on HRT and that some of that fat will find its home in my neck.
I used to hide my AA as described in the first post. It's hard to maintain 8 hours a day. They were my dark days of transition until I got it sorted.
You have to do this in order to get proper placement to produce a bio female voice anyways... Most trans women just don't know this. So it's a lot more useful than just to hide the AA it's actually mandatory to sound perfectly cis.
Dang! Seyranna beat me to it! You have inadvertantly mastered the single biggest step in making your voice sound female, which has the added benefit of hiding your adams apple.... When you pull it up with that swallowing motion and then speak, you take out the male resonance, moving the vibrations from your chest to your head, which is what you want. You can play around by gently pushing on your adams apple in the same way and practicing speaking. Add some more refined diction with a little breathiness at a higher pitch (but NOT falsetto), and you're on your way.

I've noticed that too. I have been practicing reading written text using my audio recorder on my cell phone with good results.
Ever notice mit romney's falsetto?
