the avitar photo is fairly recent and black and white because it shows my indian heratage better then color ones do and by that i mean bone structure i am looking for ffs sugestions from anyone who wants to offer them plz it is something i think about all the time any help is apprciated
It's a very poor photo to determine what FFS you may or may not need from. Maybe chin work, as far as I can see - but not much is visible.
... Nothing besides that, though.
I agree that the photo is probably more of a problem than your face! To make any sensible assessment a surgeon - or any one of us - would need to see a front-on shot with hair pulled back, and a profile (a surgeon will also want three-quarter profiles and a shot upwards from beneath your chin).
From what's visible it looks like you have a feminine tilt to the bottom of your nose (i.e pointing slightly upwards, whereas masculine noses are horizontal, or even downward tilting) ... The arch of your eyebrows is pretty ... You have very nice eyes ... And lucky you having all that lovely long hair!!
But the big thing you're not showing us is your brow and forehead profile. If you've got a lot of bossing on the brow-line that'll be the big-ticket item on your FFS.
Also the chin could maybe use some work ...
But are you on hormones? And have you started beard-removal? (It's impossible to tell one way or the other from that photo) Both those things could make a huge difference.
In the end, though, the only way to know for sure is ask a professional surgeon - preferably more than one and get advice from someone who really knows what s/he's talking about.

To even begin to make a critical analysis from a photo, you need a full face with hair pulled back, and three quarter shots from both sides and two profile shots. (left and right) I just shake my head in wonderment when someone posts a single full face shot and people will say, "Why would you even dream of getting FFS, you "pass" 100%.
And you can call me a misanthrope, a curmudgeon and accuse me of not being supportive but support is not lying to someone and telling them they pass 100%, when either it is not true, or may not be true. And BTW, a photo is not even sufficient prima facie evidence on "passsibilty."
i already know i don't pass which was not the point of my question regardless it was ffs suggestions and since it has already been determined that the photo is insufficient hence the fact that i said i would try to get others up

As Carlita noted, decisions about FFS should be delayed without a year or two of HRT. We are our worse (or would it be best?) critics. Between a wig, makeup and wardrobe I do not see why you would not pass. THe more self confidence you gain over time between HRT and going out in public you just may look back in a few years and laugh over wanting FFS
I was making a general comment not directed at you and trying to guide people as to what is needed to make a determination. I think if you re-read the post, you will see I did not make any comment on whether or not you pass. The comment was directed at the phenomenon in which posters seem inclined to tell other members that they don't need FFS even when it is obvious that they do.
Let's not desolve into personal attacks please.

The issue of whether or not some "needs" FFS depends on the point of view of the observer. Features that some might think "require" FFS might not be as "important" from the points of view of others.
To answer the question of whether or not one "needs" FFS, one should first determine how one wants to look. What is one's own opinion? It's our faces. We should decided what we "need," and let the opinions of others stand as they are: opinions and not facts.
I've been told by many folks that I will "need" FFS. But, I'm happy with the way I look. I, therefore, do not plan on getting FFS. If that means I don't "pass" in the estimation of others, so be it.

Absolutely. Thank you. It's a wonderful thing if someone believes in FFS as an essential component to their transition...but there is No standard regimen for the transsexual and indeed FFS is not for many who others say require it. Let's never generalize our own personal beliefs out to this community as a whole.
