Title: Binder rolling up in midsection of back?
Post by: Boba on September 06, 2012, 02:49:09 AM
Not sure if it's normal.. But my Underworks 997 binder tends to roll up in the midsection of my back.. Is it normal? Is it too small? It's starting to give me lines and pain right in the middle of my back.

If you have hips, binders tend to roll up. Pull it as far down as you can, like a long under shirt, and make sure you wear a belt with your pants. It might just roll up to your hips then, but may still cause bruising. I started wearing the compression shorts from underworks to keep my binders from rolling up, and they helped me out with keeping the rolling in check.

Well I do do that.. I mean Like the bottom of my binder doesn't roll up as much. It's like mid back like scrunches up together and like stays there lol idk how to explain it. And when I take off my binder I have like lines on my midback from it being rolled together ish...

Yeah, I have pretty drastic hips and they are the bane of my existence sometimes.  I pull it as taunt as possible and tuck it into my pants under a belt. You could try putting a tanktop on underneath. It helps keep mine in place. Its crazy hot, especially where I am, but the tank top absorbs the sweat and keeps my T-Kingdom binder from riding up to my armpits and making me look like I have a few extra ribs.
