Finally, someone gets that bodyweight workouts can get you just as strong or stronger than weight training. I do mostly bodyweight work, but I have been guilty of using a weighted vest. Although it does take a long time to get to the point where you need one with these exercises. Just some ideas.
-1 legged squat jumps for distance and/or height
-One arm pushups (feet as close together as possible)
-Planche pushups (takes a LONG time to attain)
-Freestanding handstand pushups.
-One arm pullups
-Muscle-ups
-Glute-ham raises
-Front lever pull-up
Gymnastic ring static holds (Maltese, iron cross, etc.) These take a long time to work up to as well.
It's always good to exercise. Now there's no excuse.
