I start HRT in less then 3 weeks an i was wondering if anyone had any tips to drop a few extra pounds i have went down from a 32 in ladies to a 26-28 over the last few months just would like to lose a little more before starting HRT
Smaller meal portions, replace soft drinks with water, start exercising (yoga, cardio, weight lifting), control your calorie intake. That's about it, really.

And take off 200-500 calories from what you get. That caloric amount is something you should aim for.
You can also try http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/) I make use of that to keep track of how much I'm eating and what not. Also drink water more regularly in place of other drinks, I found that helps me a bit.
