Title: Breast pain
Post by: Snowpaw on September 08, 2012, 01:31:38 PM
Ok I won't go on about the dosages I am on, and I can't see a doctor(just have enough money for what I have now) and I have had breast pain for like 3 weeks. Nothing serious, it's just hard to sleep on my stomach because they are so tender. Is this normal or generally what happens? I remember breast pain when I was on hrt before but not sure like this, I really don't remember. There are days when they just feel completely swollen. It's literally a hurt to touch. The left one didn't start up until about a week ago.

Sounds normal. Just part of the growth process.

I'd agree with MaidofOrleans that breast growth is painful.

Have you been wearing a bra of some sort to give support for the girls? Wearing a proper bra may reduce the pain.

When mine hurt, I do a gentle massage, like doing a breast exam. That seemed to relieve some of the pain/pressure.

Obviously don't squish them, but just light to moderate fingertip pressure, tips and heel of the hand...sometimes cup them with the entire hand and press lightly down.
