I finally have a paper for name change, it waiting for some stamps and signatures, but today is not working day at offices, so tomorrow I can go to ask for new birth certificate and then for new ID and other things
And then will be big waiting, 3 weeks for birth certificate (may take up to 60 days in complicated cases ??? ) and then 3 weeks for ID (make up to 30 days)
